The children loved their cupcakes which cupcake fairy Isha showed them how to decorate in the colours of the Indian flag (green, white and oragnge) and then they excitedly ate their cupcakes as their Republic Day treat smile emoticon. The Hall was a sea of smiles of 156 children – 153 POW children together with POW Trustee Bhaichung  Bhutia’s 3 children who joined the POW children. Together the children had a riot of fun and learning :):)
